Try using the chatbox that comes with forumotion. I think it's a lot better.

Admin Panel>Modules>Go to Configuration under Chatbox>Yes and put at top of forum or bottom

I already know how to activate the forumotion one and everything =P but that one wasn't used at all. The one we have right now is much more active. Still thanks for the suggetion. Smile
